The Egg is a great way to cook almost anything. Very versatile. I love both mine, an XL & an L. These make you look good, even if you're a beginner. That turkey looks great.

Looks good Hydro. Got my large for Christmas, cook on it 3-4 times a week. You need to try the recipe on the BGE web page called Garfunkel chicken, best ever.
