Default Turkey Tuesday

I put a nice turkey breast on the Traeger to roast this afternoon. Added some boudin on the grill about and hour before I expected the turkey to be done. The wife made some corn pudding and I made some smashed new potatoes to round off the meal.
The turkey was simply seasoned with a house seasoning for a Mississippi restaurant, Thame's.

Smashed potatoes! Mmmm.........

Not a bad meal for a Tuesday evening. huh?

I cooked a turkey breast last night too. We I though it was a turkey breast but it was more like a turkey roast, it whit and dark meat and it was wrapped with some type of netting. Next time I'll make sure the package says turkey breast.
