Default V-Bay 4/26

The water actually looked decent today. We ended up with 6 reds & 4 dozen crabs. WLF was doing a survey at the landing. They asked how many licensed fishermen, fish type, count, & location.

We started in the pass, my 7 year old was having a ball catching those big gafftops. Caught 1 red out there then headed to the hell hole where we finished out the day. We could have done better on the reds, but left early after he cut himself.

I had a neighbor that went as well. They fished the island & ended with 9 reds.

What type of boat were you in?

No, I was in a blue & white blazer bay. We did see a Nautic Star, but it looked like it was gray & white.

Thanks guys. My son, my wife and I fished the Pass on Friday afternoon. We launched out of ICY and ran there. The conditions were perfect on Friday and I'm glad I made the call to go then instead of going on Sunday. The wind was brutal yesterday.
