Going back to Lafitte Saturday. This wind hasn't helped anything. I had plans on looking for trout but if the water is dirty I may just be SOL.

It looks like Saturday should be a perfect day for weather. Very little wind and not to hot.

Good luck at GI guys

Found some reds and lost my trolling motor prop at 8:30am. It was a quick trip to say the least. Heading back tomorrow.

Anyone have any suggestions on some good places around Port Sulphur? I have a friend coming down and do not want to get skunked.

Thanks

I just saw you post. If I would have noticed it earlier you could have jumped in with us. BTY the fishing sucked.
PM me your number and we will make a trip this summer.

Yep they were hard to come by this weekend. I met up with some guys that were down there on a bachelor party and had a guided trip planned. The guide they booked call them they day before and told them that he thought they should cancel the trip but if they really wanted to go he could bring them on a $600 boat ride.
