It looked to me like the pot and burner were a matched set? Is there a preferred brand name or are those rigs homemade? I have several propane burners, but nothing that looks like what ya'll are cooking that jambalaya in. I checked around on the internet and a couple brands I've seen are king cooker and bayou classic.

Three of them I built and the first on in the pic is a 30 gallon pot and burner from R&R welding. I think they are located in Gramercy, La.

I know a few people that use the above names you mentioned. I have cooked in their rigs and they are nice also.
