Boat trailers to be exempt from inspection sticker

only time I ever got/needed an inspection was buying a used trailer with or without boat. the DMV insisted I bring in a break tag for it or they would not register it but they wont give you a break tag without a registration so you have to do the dance and get rejection sticker to get registration (that costs the same as break tag) then go get the good sticker after you get the registration (only because its free because you paid already for the rejection sticker)

cant believe they actually did something that makes sense for a change, now if they would do away with it for motorcycles too that would be great. no sane person ever rides a bike without making sure all lights are working correctly, its suicide to do otherwise.
