Anyone know what time the launch opens at Rollover?

Anyone catching crabs or shrimp there?

Don't think launch is part of Rockefeller refuge so you may be able to launch before legal sun up. However most of the areas you need to access, you'll have to go through refuge property to I would just wait until legal sunup to be safe.

The lady doesn't unlock the gate to launch until legal sunrise

her name is sally and thats correct not until sunrise, the refuge starts at the first left curve about 1.5 miles down canal
