Default Humbled

Tall who think they have good / great knife skills in the kitchen Buy a couple of packages of ox tails and trim them w/o butchering them up.
I only thought i had skills. Humbled me real quick. Hardest thing i have ever tried to trim.

I'd never had it before but it's a popular dish here in Africa. Really nice. The beef is very tender. You do have to work for it though.

The Kitchen in downtown lake Charles serves them on Tuesdays. They are very good.
