But that's not the point. Had a ball hangin with the neighborhood kiddos. They dance much better than me and the ole lady. BTW......cooked the ray...not bad at all. wish it woulda been bigger, but thats what she said

I heard if you skin it and use a cookie cutter to cut ring out of the fins it takes just like scallops. I've never tried though.

I just fileted it and pan seared it. wanted to keep it simple so I could really taste the meat since I've never tried it before. It tastes real good, but a PIA to clean. Maybe cleaning a bigger one would be easier?
