Making a trip down to PAC tomorrow. Any suggestion on where to put over with the Yak?

I vote Island road also. If you go past island road to the marina there is also great fishing but the Grand Bayou that runs right there has a hell of a current. It's not the best place for a new kayaker imo.

Park on the island road and fish the right side. Gold spoon over the grass beds will murderize some reds.
