Nope , just as simple though. 3/4 cup sugar , 2 tablespoon cornstarch , 1 teaspoon cinnamon , mix and mix into 3 cups slice raw pear with 2 tablespoon lemon juice. Put in pie shell , put 3 tablespoon butter on top and cover with other pie shell. 350 for 45 min. to hour. I put piece of foil around edge so edge don't burn. You can also wrap in foil and freeze till ready to bake. |
