If you want a nice fit and finish, look at a used triton, shearwater, champion, blackjack. If you don't care too much about fit and finish but want a better riding and dry boat, that will all around out perform and run shallower than any of the above mentioned boats, get a haynie. Transports are also nice boats.

For a little over 40k you can get a brand new frontier, but they are only a 21ft boat. Great boat for a 21 footer though.
