Default Rouses Idea of Po boy food

I get Rouses weekly specials in my email every week. This week one of the things they were advertising was Monk fish, they said in bold letters, "The Poor Man's Lobster" and were proud of the fact that it was 15$/lb. I guess they dont know what poor is. I am gonna buy 2 10 lb bags of leg quarters for 5.99 and smile my way right by that monk fish.
