Default Oh My Meatballs Poboy!

Tonights dinner was meatball poboys. Dang! I cannot tell you how awesome these meatballs were. Actually these were some of the meatballs I made several weeks ago and froze. Mmmm...... They were sooooo..... tender and delicious!!!
I lightly warmed the French bread to crisp up the outer crust.

The meatballs were to thick to use whole so I sliced them in half. Did I mention that these were mozzarella cheese meatballs.

Looks reeaaaal good!

After reading your post a few weeks back where you made the meatballs I tried it myself.

Well, I must have done something wrong because all of the cheese melted out of the meatballs when I baked them.they were still good just no cheese in the middle!

Have any idea where I went wrong?

I put my cheese in the freezer for about half an hour so it wouldn't be springy. Only a few of mine leaked but if you cook them too long, yeah the cheese will expand and leak.
