So what you're asking is "Would I come and show you how to make gumbo? " Lol....... Just thought I'd start the trash talking early. Lol.......
Seriously, sounds like a good idea! Of course the date would be the most difficult thing to figure out. How many people you think would attend? Minimum amount of gumbo? Our K of C gumbo cook-off requires a 3 gal. min. Any kind? Chicken, turkey, seafood? Everyone bring his own rice? Where would it be held? Cook on site or cook at home and bring out?
