as to being stopped on the road and having no serial number plate on it or a stamped number on the frame, that's easy to get around by just saying you replaced the tongue when the old one (pick an excuse) was messed up.,

the inspection go pretty easy because they kinda look at it like you wouldn't be dumb enough to call them for an inspection if you were doing anything shady but if you act all nervous and fidgity (sending off red flags) then they might give you a hard time
