Pastor - Check out www.taglouisiana.com they use the tags to help track movement and growth rates. Whomever tagged the fish would have entered the date and location the fish was tagged along with some general information about its size and condition.
They will send you a report of where and when the fish was originally tagged, size, etc. you will see how far it moved over the given period of time and any growth. You will also get your hat / t-shirt to go with it.
