Default GC opening weekend.
I was expecting to see more reports on a Monday morning. So I figured I'd chime in.

Saturday morning was slow but all three got limits. Sunday with two people we ended up with only 5 and left early before the storm would get in the way of the drive back to BR. Sunday was slow but the birds seem to be more constant. It was nice being warm because I fell and got water in my waders, other than forgetting the OFF it was a good weekend.

For the past two years opening weekend has seemed to get harder. The majority of the birds would pass 150 yards out and knew something was up. I know they could have been seeing something they didn't like but just seems too early for that. We didn't use a robo either days also, not too sure how much they help these days.

In the first picture the second to last duck on the right. Is that a hybrid pintail/gadwall?

I don't think so man. No bands, but didn't really check/notice if any were hybrids. Don't get these guys started on the hybrid ducks...lol

Killed all those ducks and I didnt get an invite ?? I got face paint, stickers for my shotgun barrell and even a Yeti...
