			I try to shoot them as filler birds for a limit if I have to. I breast my birds out and I find ring necks harder to clean. Their skin clings extremely tight to the breast. 			 Pluck them.  Singe the fuss off of them.  Soak them in water for about 3 days, changing the water everyday.  Then either freeze them or cook them.  I like them in gumbo, but my brother will pot-roast them and they are good if you know how to prepare them!
