federal duck stamp and lifetime license

I was going to ask about this also. They said I would get it in the mail but it never showed up. If you look at the printed part on your license it says receipt valid for 45 days. Now if you bought one for teal season. That 45 days was up almost before big duck. Not sure what to do. Wish they would just give me the damn stamp when I paid for it and not made it a hassle.

Same thing happened to me, I had to call WL&F but they eventually mailed me the Federal stamp that I had paid for.
