Has it still be slow for you? I am hunting just south of Kaplan as well and the ducks have been sparse to say the lease.

2nd split started out good. From SAT to WED we shot 42 ducks and 5-6 specs. On FRI it sucked, we scratched and SAT 4 specs no ducks. Today my buddy I share my lease with went a friend of his and they started hunting at about 2pm (due to the rain coming) until sunset and they shot 6 mallards and 2 spoons. Overall we having a pretty good year.
