If you don't like smoking or smoke stay home!!! People smoke when they drink,gamble!! And spend more money cause they don't have to get up from a table game, or from the bar.
As a smoker I am polite about it, move or go outside. But at a hot table or a bar your on your own!!!! There's way more crapp in the air in any "big city" to worry about smoking !!!!
