So in short, if you want to turn the 150HP into a 150HP, all you gotta do is change the ECM.

no, I was saying that this "may" be the result of the ecm using different tuning which can take two identical engines and produce different hp from them or take two engines with slightly different specs and have them produce the same hp, all by the tuning on the ecm
