While we are discussing boat launches, one of the best fishing lakes in our area is Sabine Lake but what are the options to launch there? Burned out bridge( long boat ride....and vehicles are often broken into), Deep bayou (long car drive), Sabine Pass ( very long car drive).
You can do what the guides do, run down the Intercoastal waterway (very long boat ride).
