best thing I saw for something like that was a kiddy swimming pool like this 8 ft x 1.5 ft :
build a platform for it so the pump and filtration system fits underneath, then run a hose to 3/4" pvc pipe shaped like a big "C" with a ball valve on the end and drill holes in it for creating aeration. open the ball valve if its too much pressure (foaming water). |

I see these in bait shops here for mullet and mud minnows. Cut the top few inches off and trim back the metal . Put a circulating pump and filter on it. Most of the live shrimp ones have fresh water circulating also.
