Seasonings, olive oil, wasabi, soy sauce...

I'm not sure if it's because you work up such an appetite from fishing all day or because the meat is so fresh. But, the best fish I have ever eaten is when we eat them the night they are caught.

Great idea. We will be staying after the night after the trip.
