I wonder why Sabine is in play tho? Casey? Hell of a run to Cal. Pt. from anywhere in Sabine.

If people want to make that long boat run and fish it they can. Some have done it in the past or so we think, might as well make it a level playing field for everyone. In the past only dishonest people were able to do it.
