Went to the store today to buy some last minute stuff for our Florida cook.
Just happened to walk by a display and saw cheese 8 oz / 99 cents.
Usually i buy it at anything under $2.50 a block. 102 blocks later i am home. I think the cashier would have stabbed me if she could have.
Will be some cheese smoking going on when we get back.

I aint ever smoked cheese cept when it was shreaded on a potato or oyster. What temp do ya do it at E ? guess its gotta be indirect and cool?
