I'm not trying to be judgemental at all but the Dr. Recently told me my blood sugar was high so I changed my diet and lost 25 lbs in 2 months. We are in control of what we put in our mouths, with or without a surgery. I would appreciate any thoughts or input. |

Some people don't have the will power and the addiction is just too strong, the surgery may be the only way to break it.

For myself diabetes and a strong insulin resistance made it extremely difficult to lose. But without a doubt if you can do it without surgery. Do it! But if you need the help the surgery gives. Then take it.
