Default Holly Beach

Is the water ok down there to go fishing in the surf? I couldn't find any articles and I want to head down there Wednesday.

If it's ok to fish, how's the fishing?

Bull reds are always on. It's been a mix of muddy and green lately, depending on winds and tides. It does not need to be clear for bull reds. The guys who chase specks prefer green/clear water.

Jetties or beach don't matter they are always there some days better than others as with anything... If your bait is hung in the rocks don't break your line... a red will pick it up and go when he finds it FYI good luck!

better bring a buncha lead. 20+mph south wing is gonna make a bait hard to stick to the bottom. I would recommend spider weights

We decided yesterday around noon to wait until Thursday!
Hopefully we can get a few hours in

Good to know! It would be nice to catch some. I've never caught a bull red out there
