Look up "Ledlensor" lights. Brightest LED headlight with a focusing beam.
The H14.2 is bright, focuses into a nice tight spot beam and is just as bright as a hardhat light and best of all : NO POWER CORD to deal with !!!!. The H14R.2 is even brighter but costs a little more. I bought one of these and my hardhat light is now collecting dust on the shelf . Batteries last a long time too. Frogged 6 hrs with no loss of brightness. LED is the way to go. Best price is on brightguy.com
