thanks cappy but no, those aren't the ones

the longhorns (I think texas longhorns) are average 1" to 1 1/4" around and about 5" long and twice as hot as normal cayenne peppers. they literally take your breathe away lol. but great for cooking if you "adjust" how much you add , a little too much can ruin a dish .

they sound the same so im hoping they are, I will plant these at the right time and see what they turn into.

im still going to keep looking for the longhorn variety since that's what im used to. I had a bunch of seeds saved but a damn mouse ate a hole in the plastic cup and ate them all
