So I'm thinking of boiling them down for a while in some seasonings. Probly boil them for about 2-4 hrs or until tender. Then take them out and marinate them up and sear them on the grill to get that taste. What yall think? Time to start emptying the freezers out and make space for the coming killing season ya know.

Never tried them on the grill but I have fried them and they were great!
