Saw a post similar to this one that our own Eric Duffy fixed their computer. I contacted him and he went to work on it.... changed settings and scanned and removed malware... it works the way it should now and he was super reasonable.. well worth it in my opinion if you have a PC. Sure I could probably figure it out all on my own, but he was way faster and saved me a lot of time and knew exactly how to do it.. .
