Simple & Cheap solution.
Go to Walmart and buy a box of Moth balls. Do not remove the plastic wrapper or open the box.......Just put it in the boat. I had spiders in my shop, but after putting a box of Moth balls out there...... no more spiders. If your boat is kept outside, figure out a way to protect the box from getting wet.
