Headed down this weekend, anyone know how the water is looking. Also how about driving down the beach. Going for crabs and and trout.

Don't no about driving on the beach, but from a boat off of Elmer's you can wear them out right now if it's calm. Water is beautiful!! Catching on topwaters and plastics about 4 ft off the beach if it's not too rough to get that close.

Elmer's was murky last weekend, but the trout were there...plenty of crabs too. The forecast is looking good, we've had some really calm days, so I'd be willing to be the water cleared up a bit.

Driving the beach was fine. Sand was nice a hardpacked in most areas. Stay out of any standing water.
