True, but a good sausage and chicken should be able to hold it's own! Any okra in gumbo is a automatically disqualified ! !!!! Just my too cents, but I can f.... up a frozen pizza

No okra? Da phuk? Lost my first gumbo cookoff to a gumbo with okra. Of course I lost to a blonde in heels with a mid thigh skirt and a low buttoned shirt. Admittedly her cleavage was a lot better than mine. I didn't feel bad though. If you're willing to cook gumbo for half a day in heels you deserve to win.
