Cheers Insane Easy Limit of Trout

I helped out Capt RD Dupont today with BUMS fishing team again. Great time fishing with these guys again. A few of the crew couldn't make it, so the guys drew straws and I ended up just having one member with me today. Upon arriving at the trout grounds the Motorguide Xi5 was deployed and the massacre began!! It didn't take long before the shrimp were skipping the water with trout in hot pursuit! I had to move the boat about 50 yards and we hit the mother load of all trout!!! The bite was straight up ridiculous, as it was fish on every cast as soon as the baits hit the water. Green Hornet Matrix Shad tight lined with a 1/4 oz jig head set a new record today!! Once the smoke cleared before 7 am and I counted our fish we had our fifty fish exactly!! It was probably 6:55 when we had our limit. It was 6:58 after I counted the fish, unreal!! We spent the rest of the day fishing points with shrimp catching some reds and bay snapper. All three of our boats limited out as the trout bite has been extremely good and should continue to get better as the next few fronts drop the water temps. Thanks again guys and Capt RD for setting up the trip.

December dates still available, don't get left at the dock!!!
