Congrats on the Mottled band. Always a good day when some bling shows up. I have one that was banded at Rockefeller and killed in Little Chenier, and have been apart of 3 or 4 other Mottled duck bands. ALL banded no more than 50 or so miles from where they were killed.

Pretty sure the band information would tell you what it is, or do they not record that kind of thing? Pretty sure they do.
