Lol. My girl has been from black (original finish), orange, red and then a combination of both. Oh I left out sandblasted then just clear coated. We've had a lot of fun together. There's that part of me that loved beating people at matches after they asked what the hell I did to my gun. It's a 1911. Short of a big hammer or a torch you're not gona mess it up. I'm not worried about resale value because this girl will never leave me until I die. Then she belongs to my son who loves her just as much.
