Default How's That Beach Lookin?

I know in years past it's been a seaweed nightmare from time to time. I'm just looking for general info on the stretch from Holly Beach to Little Florida. I'm hoping to shoehorn in a little surf fishing in the next few weeks, but would probably wait if it was just terrible out there. While I'm at it, assuming conditions are decent, has anyone been catching anything on the beaches lately? I'm mainly trying to get the kids on some fish, so even gaff tops are welcome. Thanks!

As long as the seaweed, like you said, does not choke you out, soaking cut mullet or cracked crab you can normally catch bull reds
