The Roux (Cooking/BBQ/Recipes) What good is a cajun site without a cooking and recipe forum?

I cut them in half stem to stern then took out seeds. Put in baking dish shell side up , add 1/4 cup water , cover and bake 375 for half hour. After they cooled I used a fork and scraped out stem to stern...It didn't come out as stringy as what I saw the original spaghetti squash. Sort of shorter strings. There's all sorts of recipe's online for them. Very easy to grow and can be grown spring and fall.
