Ok, I can understand the ship channel, but how about confined spaces like the Texaco cut or salt ditch for example?

Salt ditch is like the channel its a boat right a way...

I rather someone run wide open than slow down and make a bigger wake like most do..

when I pass people in the saltditch I try to idle pass them with out making a wake if possible
