Yeah buddy... I prefer it bc when you use one with a snell knot and u pull on the line and the eye of the hook hits the pegged weight it drives the point of the hook up into the fishes mouth... I seem to have better hookups this way. Now when im using smaller baits like a speed craw i dont use them bc they dont stay on the keepers very well.
