Need Fishing Tips for Big Lake

I'm fishing with a few friends coming in from Kansas this weekend. Trying to show them a Louisiana good time. I know the lake fairly well but haven't been in a few weeks. Any tips on trout, reds, black drum, or even crabs?? Any info would greatly be appreciated!!!
