The Roux (Cooking/BBQ/Recipes) What good is a cajun site without a cooking and recipe forum?

After your roast browns nicely add a pot of coffee (it sounds nuts but trust me) then add taters, carrots, mushrooms and onion. After it's done you have a fine stew or make pulled pork with the roast and save the veggies for an awesome soup.

Default Fry

Cut into small cutlets, tenderize, and chicken fry. This is the best way in my opinion
