Leaking Ford

Drain hose from sun roof
I HAD THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM on my 2015 platinum . Sounded like water sloshing around my front passenger door . 2 week old truck .

I call sterling ford & they gave me a 2016 platinum at no charge , replaced my aftermarket tires, leveling kit , tiny and weathergaurd toolbox .

My buddy had same thing happen on his king ranch except it was leaking through drivers side pillar . Robinson brothers here in BR screwed him around and eventually fixed it

I will never buy another domestic car from anyone BUT STERLING GROUP they kick arse

I'm not a Ford guy but that's damn good customer service pox. Don't find that much anymore. Good on them and good for you

Correct , and did everything at my house as far as paperwork so I didn't have to drive 1 hour to dealership.

Good lord! You must have really overpaid for that 2015!!

Just kidding lol I bought my truck from sterling as well and I can't complain about a thing. They even bring me to work and pick me up when I have oil changes.

Honestly they gave me the best price out of 3 dealerships , best trade in by a ridiculous amount and handled business on my leaking truck . As long as sterling sells it I'll buy it from them
