I made a trip in march of last year as a birthday gift to my dad, the weather was overcast and slightly windy. started fishing at daylight and was done around 11 am. in that time we caught 86 bass that averaged probably 3 lbs. we caught them on flukes, buzz baits, spinner baits, and flipping heavy cover. our guide offered to let us catch some white perch to keep and take home, but we was having to much fun catching the bass, there isn't any where you can go and catch 86 quality bass in that period of time regardless if it was catch and release. I will be going back in the future to see how much bigger the fish have gotten

They have their bad days too -- just less frequently than your average Orvis Endorsed Outfitter! Had a friend make a duck hunt after Christmas and they scratched one morning! Very rare but it does happen. |
