I said "I don't know." Assuming they weren't because the oyster situation has been bad for years, not sure what would have changed to make something happen. Like I said, a few years ago at the meeting at plp, the oyster presentation showed how pitiful the situation was, and the questions asked were poorly answered and basically ignored or dismissed. CCA should have been saying "yeah you know, this is bad, we're going to get right on this." Now finally something is being done and I do know CCA is involved, just not sure why, if this thing was initially pushed by CCA, they waited this long to do something.
