Pull the pump out, I would almost best there is something jammed in the impeller. I had the same issue last time I took mine out. As soon as I took the pump apart an acorn top fell out. I spent hours chasing wires but figured out in minutes by taking the cartridge out.

i should'a done that already. sometimes i have senior moments and get fixated. thanks.
